At the Veterinary Health Centre it is our aim to provide all our clients and their animals with the best possible service and care.  However, if you feel any aspect of our service falls below your expectation please let us know.  

If appropriate please speak to the vet dealing with your case, or if you prefer write to the practice manager to bring the matter to our attention.

We always appreciate comments from our clients about any aspect of  the practice as this will help us to improve the service we provide.
